  三、科研工作简介  

  20183月入选上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划。目前主要从事碲镉汞红外探测器的器件物理、设计、制备和表征研究。研究经历主要包括作为研究骨干参与碲镉汞雪崩探测器光电子预研项目和中国科学院重点部署项目的研究,主持了上海市扬帆计划项目一项、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项和XX重大基础研究项目课题一项。近年来研究方向为碲镉汞材料相关的雪崩探测器、高工作温度探测器、偏振探测器、感存算类脑芯片以及人工微结构与碲镉汞探测器集成等,发表论文30余篇,第一作者和通讯作者发表论文9篇。正在培养硕士生1名。
