三、科研工作简介
作为项目技术骨干参与了两项国家安全重大基础研究项目的研究，通过原子水平上对硅基碲镉汞材料外延机理、碲镉汞材料As摻杂激活及自补偿效应机理的微观研究，解决了原理上引发的问题，所获得的结果为我国实验制备第三代硅基碲镉汞大面积红外探测器件提供了重要理论支持，同时也为国家重大安全基础研究项目的顺利完成提供了重要的保证。

2020年度中国科学院大学教育教学成果奖二等奖（排名第5）。
