    2010.07至今  中国科学院上海技术物理研究所。       

    期间：2015.04～2015.07，University of Illinois at Chicago, Department of Physics, Visiting Research Associate Professor.         

三、科研工作简介       

　　近年来一直在新型短波红外InGaAs焦平面探测器方面从事基础及应用基础研究，内容涉及器件物理、器件研制、性能测试与成像等方面。主要研究方向包括数字化短波红外InGaAs探测器、集成偏振微结构的InGaAs探测器、近红外II区生物医学荧光成像用InGaAs探测器和智能化InGaAs探测器等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中科院联合基金等多个科研项目，参与多个航天工程项目。
