1988.07至今,自然资源部第二海洋研究所。曾任卫星海洋环境动力学国家重点实验室副主任。

1993.011993.07,德国柏林自由大学,合作研究。

2004.122005.06,加拿大贝德福德海洋研究所,高级访问学者。

四、科研工作简介

研究专业领域为海洋遥感,主要研究海洋遥感成像机理,卫星遥感资料的大气校正、几何配准、水色要素反演算法,高光谱遥感,海洋渔业遥感,卫星资料处理专用软件开发,遥感业务应用系统建设等。先后承担国家重点研发项目、863计划、国家自然基金等20多项。是国家科技部首批“创新人才推进计划”重点领域创新团队《海洋卫星遥感技术创新团队》负责人。共获得17次省部级科技奖励,其中国家科技进步二等奖3项。出版专著6本,发表论文100多篇。

2016年获得浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家,2018年获得浙江省特级专家。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
